Rock Island Columbia River Bridge

The BNSF railroad bridge across the Columbia River near Rock Island WA. It was built in the early 1890's as part of the Great Northern Railway. What makes this bridge somewhat unsual is that the bridge was later strengthened by adding an outer truss around the original truss.
