pulling cajon at blue cut

BNSF 4976 as the trailing unit on this stack train heading east thru the curve at Blue Cut on Cajon Pass.

October 2002.
hmmmm.... Yes, I think it is both.

Maybe I am confused, but I thought this area was Blue Cut,
and the road nearby is Swarthout Cyn. Road. I think Blue
Cut proper is actually down the hill just a spell.

Can anyone clear up the fog in my brain ??

??

yeah - it is south of this local - where we caught that train early morning on the first Needles Sub excursion.

I am calling this location "west Blue Cut" freely. And if video is seen, the narrator has talked with "Swarthout Cyn.Rd."
