Late #27 and #11 sitting side by side at the Willamette Drawbridge. Waiting for a couple of Ships to pass. We went into Portland side by side for 5 miles.
Who won the drag race? You dont often see two Amtrak Trains side by side. Unless one is Pushing and the other is pulling. And did Unit 114 have a encounter with something> I see a slash make below the engineer's window going from the logo to the left on the picture. Where the white line is. Either thats a cheap Paint Job or Unit 114 hit something recently
 
They hit something with it for sure. We were side by side right down along the platform. Wish I had a video camera just north of the station. Would have been a kewl shot.
