Thanks Guys, I don't know the name of the business, but from what I've seen it's a gravel/cement company. Next time I go down there for some photos I'll get the name of the company.

The name of the company in the background is Holcim & is a sand company. I'm not sure if they ship the sand out or make cement from it, then send it out, but I saw mountains of sand being taken to a conveyer by a frontend loader. It would drop the loads into a conveyer in the ground that takes it to the cement silos that you see in the background, but whether it's loaded as is or turned to cement 1st I'd have to ask them.

Thanks Lookn4trains, All these years of living in Birmingham ( 8 yrs. ) & I have only just found that spot about a month ago. I need to explore more to see if I can find some other nice locations such as this. You're welcome
