Need some attention

Here sits a MoPac caboose that was donated to the city of Pharr,Tx. In 2007 a city rep spoke about building the rail depot back then when the railroad first came to the Rio Valley. As you can see someone did not put them in a good spot. There is trash and windows broken. Care was not considered and therefor alot of work is needed. I am still trying to figure while the trucks were removed. I do hope they are taken soon.
Where at in Pharr is this located? I took a bunch of photos in McAllen around Christmas. My fiancee is from there and we go to visit about twice a year.

Jeff. The Caboose and Box car are off South Cage Boulevard. If you know the area, turn into the Valley Fruit Building that has been abandoned for several years now. Facing the building from the street, they are on the left side of building.
