Moving human interest

A shunter keeps pace with a wagon loaded with empty pineapple bins, at Wamuran just north of Brisbane, 20 April 1992.

The sun was down but Id always wanted to get a human interest photo with a sense of movement, so I plopped on the tele (about 75mm here from memory) and used a low shutter speed to pan the scene. Its not quite as I would have liked, but I have always been pleased with this one.

The selenium toning was added in Picture Publisher.

This pic reminds me of the terminators from the Terminator 2: Judgement Day game from '91. He looks like he's running 50 kmh. [0_0]/
