Can you give us a little more info on this one? What railroad is this? Where is the mill? etc.

The LLPX 2241(GP38-2) is a least unit to Rail America.
It's used on the Ottawa Valley Railway property.
This locomotive along with the LLPX 2221(GP38-2), 2002(GP38) and 5006(GP35)service this mill.
This picture was taken in front of our lunch room (Skuttlebutt Lodge). The Tembec Pulp & Paper Mill is in the distance. This mill is located in Temiscaming Quebec Canada.
