Just out of the Steamtown yard in Scranton, this year's "Ice Train" is about to pass the former Lackawanna station which is now a hotel.

Thanks to everyone for all the nice comments on my "Ice Train" images...and kudos to Steamtown for the terrific show that the #3254 put on for the 'fans and the passengers. The cold, moist air made for fantastic smoke plumes, and the route is so varied and scenic (especially with snow on the ground)...it really was mostly a matter of being in the right place at the right time.
