Train watching and cultivating cucumbers
Neat view - I thought that was near Mt Vernon. I took a picture from the cab of a combine last summer. Maybe I should post it.

Bow siding at the north end of the Skagit Flats. The entire year we worked that ground I wanted to shoot a train from the tractor, but the timing was never right. Usually when a train came, I was at the other end of the field or it was already too dark to take a photo. I knew the southbound train was coming, (train the the left). The northbound's arrival at the right moment was a major surprise. I'm usually not that lucky. Had the scene unfolded just a few minutes earlier the sun would have still been out.
