We were hoping for some different locomotives, but this is what came through. There's a little building nearby that says W & L.E.
W & L.E. stands for Wheeling & Lake Erie. This locomotive is owned by them, but has not been repainted in their colors.

Further info on the unit:

Former EMDX 6348/Soo Line 6348/Milwaukee Road 175. Leased by the W&LE in May 2001, then purchased in April 2002. Unit is painted in EMD Leasing blue and white scheme with EMD logos on the long hood sides and a GM logo on the short hood end . Unit is equipped with dynamic braking.
