Here is my entry: The demolished thing at left is SZ signal meaning "Forbidden move over this point". These signals are usually posted as the protecting signals at the edges of the switching areas , or where the derails are located, showing that they are in locked position.

This one is mounted on the end-of-rail bumper on one of Ljubljana terminal stub tracks, which is unusual location for this kind of signal. Who put it there, and why, is now forgotten, and so is signal itself, judging by the faded color and missing blue glass and the lamp inside. Parked behind is Siemens Desiro EMU.
