DRGW Speed Lettering....

DRGW Speed Lettering....

WE 3068 has the former DRGW Speed lettering. This unit more than likely before it was rebuilt, worked for the Grande.
Nope, it never did. The only 40 models Rio Grande had were SD40T-2's (Tunnel Motors) and SD45's. The units of this railroad are speed lettered because one of the head bosses for this company worked for the Rio Grande, so he adopted Rio Grande's paint scheme for Wheeling.
