I think I know what you're thinking, but its not that. It is a revolving restaurant & club (makes a full revolution every 60 minutes) and obs deck.
Height is equivalent of 50 stories. Restaurant
and elevator lobby is fully sprinklered. Nice (but pricey) Sunday brunch up there.
