Found this remote control switcher painted with a grey nose at Kerne Junction. Anyone know ehy the nose is grey?

Hmm think it was a quick repaint after a wreck repair- that happened to UP 2702 (also an ex SP) but it was still in SP paint...could still notice the grey paint on the nose was different tho
