I perceive they are preparing to do a new line at left side. It will be a sinding or the entire line is being duplicated?

It is part of the duplication from Bing (22km) to the MAC/Yandi switch (306km). Along with this is 1 significant deviation and some grade easements for loaded trains. This will alter the current arrangement fo DPU 4 or 6 loco's with 224 or 336 cars to 2 loco's head end on 165 cars. This will improve loco and car productivity.
