Spring in the Desert.

Spring in the Desert.

A creek flows from Baird Springs down the Lynch Coulee at Trinidad providing a corridor of greenery in the Eastern Washington desert. Soon daytime temperatures will climb, drying out the landscape and the hills will turn gray and brown.
Is this the old High Line BNSF closed in the 1990s? I just read about it in an old Trains magazine article and I am wondering if BNSF reopened it. In the article the author said the tracks were removed by 1995.

Pedro, I took this shot on April 16th this year, you may be thinking of the old NP line east of Ephrata.
