Looks like Smith Falls 25 years ago. CP 1100 has the sad honor of being the last Canadian Pacific MLW utilized in revenue service. Converted to Control Cab she was retired in 2004, donated by CP to EXPORAIL in 2008 as a parts source for sister C-424 4237.

I remember when the 4200's were pulling boxcars up the CP Russell Subdivision in the 1980's.
