Finally a C4 in central Oregon!

I hear one or two came down the OT Sub. when they were first released, but this is the 1st one I've seen. Departed northbound out of Bend at 4:00pm. Not sure where (Pasco or Vancouver/Seattle) it was heading.It's pretty cold here - about 0 degrees - and that's fresh powder getting blown around below the trucks by the traction motor blowers.

Not a bad shot considering the sun has been setting at 4:30 lately. Not to mention the sub zero temps and Sunday's snowfall... Thanks for the heads up on this one, but too bad he rolled out so soon.
