One of Railserve's LEAF repower projects. They've been doing their ex-Railpower hybrids, and this is the second EMD geep that I've seen get the treatment (which is much more interesting looking with its lower hoods and such). Power now is a single 550hp Detroit Diesel. Check for more info.
