So long IMS!
IMS has seen massive traffic growth in the last decade, yet CN is scrapping theirs! These aren't old ones either, all of 1992 vintage. While CP continues to use 'ancient' in comparison flats of 1970 BLT, I believe I've also seen a couple '68's in the mix.

Note that they're all wearing safety stripe (why bother???) and have their drawbar couplers. More on the pile of tankers in the background later.
Is it possible that the cars behind the fence are structurally damaged due to derailments/accidents?

Thanks guys!

SixAxleAlco, I have photographed all door boxcars at Mandak in Selkirk, MB back in 2003. rgcx, no - CN has simply retired their blue IMS fleet (4 rebuild cars are still on roster though), I think they can only take 40' boxes hence making them a nuisance among the modern 53' fleet.
