Horse Overshadows the Cows

Foreign visitors on a BNSF vehicle train cast really long shadows on the cows grazing in the last light of the day. To add to the fun, the lead NS C40-9W was dead and the trailing ICE SD40-2 had to do all the work, as a result of which the train was not making good speed at all.
Nope trainboyh, nothing that big. :) Only a measly 200mm, which I guess on the 1.6 crop sensor of an XTi adds up a little bit.

If I am ever in the Canyon area, I will need to hunt out this spot. I saw a comment about a rest stop. What highway is this on?
 
This is actually a private crossing just west of the rest stop, which itself is west of Umbarger on highway 60.
