Food prices are far more reasonable, but at what expense? This economic crisis is starting to get to the railway...I'm used to seeing trains with more than 45 cars!

Elijah, I saw the same power heading out on 402 tonight. Therefore it was a 401 that turned - heard it on the scanner. Funny, crew thought they were departing Biggar... Not much of a train either, 2870ft.

It looks like CN into the near future will be shorter trains?
 
CP just caught a whole wack of jobs across canada, but demand will pick up in time, just like what happened in the 70s when rail lines were faced with high fuel prices and consumption issues.
