Conductor CP Rail #9776

Backing Up to Pick Up the Origional Train..
The Locmotive is Moving Backwards towards the Main Train...I watched this Conductor till they left and headed East and at No time during my Obersevations did He Neglect His Duties in Anyway....Are You ( ENR3890 ) Happy Now... See Photos Canadian Pacific #8776 and CP Rail #9776...

No but sitting like that is probably a violation of some saftey rule somewhere.

Even the three point contact sticker is in the pic haha.

You should always expect a train on any track at any time. Same should be said for railfans with cameras also. You (employee) should do the right when no one is looking.

Are You ( ENR3890 ) Happy Now

No, I'm not. You don't even know why I take exception to that photo. Some supervisor trying to make a name for himself will take that photo and the info you provided and haul that employee in for a statement and dicipline the employee for not maintaining 3 point contact while riding the engine. If you want to stay in good standing with the crews, I'd be carefull posting photos like these.

This Conductor was well aware I was taking Photos...On occasion I have Given them a Ride or Loaned the a Hammer...I have even had Conductors ask for the Address of this Site and My other Photos on Webshots...Which I have Given them My Card... It is NOT My Intentions to get any one in Trouble..Enought Said...

Doesn't matter if it's your intention or not. He can still get into trouble if a manager or something sees that. Which part of that don't you understand?

Do whatever you want, I don't care.

Actually, he does have three point contact. Two cheeks and his foot. Technically, it is the same as riding a flat car.

Someone should tell the supervisor that hauled me in for not providing 3 point contact because I was sitting like that.
