Wow! Hopefully you were standing a fair ways back. No way I'd move that car even with the wedges in place, I'd pull the pin ahead of the car and leave the rest of them in the track until the car is safe to move. I don't feel like being squished when it falls off. That ain't just defective equipment, that's a safety hazard that could kill someone.
