After 2 pull aparts from -14c temperatures, Fire Snake has been applied and lit to heat up the rail so it will expand and close up for the section crew to put in new bolts. Cold temps and blowing snow resulted in the crew using 8 cans of snake. Under normal conditions, only 2 cans are needed for this instance.
