Slow train to Hythe

The Alberta Railnet train from Grande Prairie Alberta to Hythe Alberta, trundles through Beaverlodge at about 15 mph on October 2, 2002. On the point is 1012 a B30-7 (ex BN 5485,nee SLSF 863)and trailing is 1010 a B23-7 (ex NS 3975, nee SR 3975) both rebuilt in Livingston Montana.

Nice picture. I hear some speculation the line to Dawson Creek maybe re-activated, depending I guess on what CN has in mind.

Why such an old millage marker? Usually it's MP78 etc.
