How much of Tonga is there left when you where there last, been trying to get to this old town site for years can you go up the hill by the goats before the waterfall or down the tracks from signal a top of Foss river .

Was never a "town". Simply a station, probably part of the staff system signalling on the hill at the time. It was located west of that spot, about halfway from the that trestle and the Foss River trestle about midway up the long straight section of track.
