In Winnipeg I railfanned for two years next to a MOW depo and thus have assumed that I've seen 95% of the CN MOW stuff. Now I know why I left the 5%. Never seen anything like it before! It looks like a double cabbed modern motorcar, not to mention it's pulling an old school motorcar trailer with blue colored buckets!
He was also leading a MOW convoy of about a dozen machines.
Blue colored buckets ! hehe, thats the standard spike kegs weighing 50 pounds. We got them here on the CPR too. The anchor bags really suck though. They come in recycled coffee burlap sacks. Theres been many a time when I've emptied a bag of anchors and had enough coffee beans to make some coffee as well !
