Remote control with Air conditioning? What is there to control? Air flow? LOL.
 
The remote control cabooses are attached to locomotives to make them RC yard switchers. As for the AC, I guess it is for if there are people in there.
 
Thank, Hobo. All you have to do is go to MRL's Laurel Yard & you can see GP9's with the rc cabooses coupled to them doing barious yard work.:)
