Brand new hi-rail

Railfanning next to a MOW depot for three years I've managed to see all kinds of crazy hi-rails, so I can really appreciate it when CP throws in a brand new one. While I'm more of a fan of classic CP yellow hi-railers, the new stuff don't look that bad either. It was used on the Central street work project (from where the photo was taken), which brought about a couple hi-railers and about a dozen utility employees.
