In July of 2003, a former PRR E-8 makes a excursion run up to Baltimore, and then onto Harrisburg for a NRHS trip. It is just after 7:30am on that Sat., and it was truly a site to see her in action coming up the NEC at Bowie Md. Not the best photo of her that day I'm sure, but my only one, and my first time seeing such a engine in service. More photos at www.tailsnrails.com
