Norfolk Beltline #2428, an MP-15DC heads west as part of the consist in NS-227 for re-painting in its new NS paint scheme and service. The Belt Line was recently aquired by NS as they expand operations in the Port of Hampton Roads.

One more gone...
NPBL is still in operation. They gave NS the MP15's in return for GP15-1's that now handle all operations. There is one MP15DC still in use on the NPBL, while the others are in NS operation.
 
this engine is back on site, along with 3 other MP15's, still in NPBL paint.
