A weekend in Port Angeles, WA gives us the opportunity to video some of the ships that come close to drop of their pilots before heading down the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
A cold morning at Carkeek Park north of Seattle reveals just one train; Amtrak 7, the Empire Builder.
Back along the waterfront in Seattle, BNSF 7609 leads a northbound oil train through the city, bound for the refineries at Anacortes, WA.
Power is always moving between Balmer Yard and Stacy Yard in Seattle. First we see BNSF 8514 heading north and then a single unit, BNSF 6350 heading south.
 
Sadly no because I moved back to NM earlier this month. I'm going to work on getting private cars on the Southwest Chief when I become aware of them.
