Did any railcars in the US or Canada have two axles?

There were a few early ones, outside of industrial use, but I've read they weren't successful in the U.S. due to poor track compared to Europe where they were common.

And there are the Talgo-type passenger cars, but those are one axle cars that look like two axle at a glance. :)
